Voter Eligibility and Registration Information

You are eligible to vote in local, state and federal elections if:

1. You have been a citizen of the United States for at least one month.
2. You will be at least 18 years old on or before the day after the election.
3. You have been a resident of Pennsylvania, Berks County, and your election district for at least 30 days before the election.

Registration forms are available in municipal buildings, banks, post offices, libraries, drivers license centers, and other government office buildings. You can also obtain a registration form by writing to the Voter Registration Office, 663 Court Street, Reading, PA 19601.

Your completed application must be received by the County Board of Elections at least 30 days prior to the election at which you wish to vote.
