Municipal Authority

The Municipal Authority consists of five members who are residents of the Township and appointed by the Board of Supervisors to five year terms. The primary responsibility of the Authority is the operation and maintenance of the Township's water and Sewer systems. The Authority will:

* Assist the Board of Supervisors in developing plans for, and overseeing the construction of the Sewer system.
* Continue development of the Act 537 plan for the Township.
* Expand the Sewer system as required by the Act 537 plan.

The Municipal Authority meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Questions may be answered by calling (610) 683-6518.
